Empowering young people to prepare for and discover career opportunities.
Climate Career Corps - A multi-year program that prepares youth for the workplace while developing green skills through education, work experience, and mentorship.

Engagement Opportunities

- Climate Career Corps paid youth internships (June 10 - July 26): Youth interns contribute directly to conservation efforts, lead projects focused on environmental policy and advocacy, and learn about corporate efforts to build sustainability into the business model. Most internship roles are based in San Francisco, though there are also occasional opportunities in Marin County, the East Bay, and the Peninsula.

- Enterprise for Youth Job Bank: The Job Bank matches talented and motivated SF youth with one-time or ongoing jobs at businesses and with individual employers.

- 2024 Climate Career Summit (July 10th 4:30 PM): Enterprise for Youth hosts an annual
Climate Career Summit for students to gain exposure to climate career pathways by engaging with climate professionals and activists. To learn more, email climate summit@enterpriseforyouth.org

What They Do

Enterprise for Youth provides young people access to paid internships and job experience. Through their Climate Career Corps program, Enterprise for Youth offers an extensive list of environmentally and paid internships and jobs for youth. They also provide training workshops, career exploration panels and leadership development opportunities.

How to Join

- Climate Career Corps youth internships: first first attend a $125 paid Job Readiness Training, then get placed in an internship. Submit Summer Employment Interest Form via this link: https://enterpriseforyouth.formstack.com/forms/summer2024

- Enterprise for Youth Jobs: attend a Job Readiness Training, prepare your resume, and access the job bank here. When you find a position that you think is a good match, click the ‘Email Me the Contact Information’ button for details about how to apply for the position.
